The most important part of the halls have already been fully booked at ITM Texpo Eurasia 2012 Exhibition due to intense interest and additional halls were allocated for some segments. Especially thanks the spinning investments in Turkey continuing at full speed, our Spinning Halls are completely booked.


As a result of the overwhelming partIcipation interest at ITM Texpo Eurasia 2012 to be organized on 21-24 April 2012, a great part of the halls are completely booked.Hall 2 reserved for Spinning Technologies, Hall 3 reserved for Dyeing-Printing-Finishing Technologies and side industries and Hall 12 reserved for Weaving and Knitting technologies and side industries are completely booked.. Hall 2, where Spinning technologies will be displayed, and Hall 3, where Dyeing-Printing-Finishing Technologies and side industries will be displayed, are fully booked. Hall 7, which is the second hall dedicated for Dyeing-Printing-Finishing Technologies and side HIGHTEX 2012 Exhibition being the largest technical textiles and nonwovens meeting in Middle East and East Europe will be held simultaneously with ITM Texpo Eurasia 2012 and Istanbul Yarn Exhibition receives great interest from the industry and manufacturer companies.

In the recent years in Turkey many important investments have been realized especially in the field of technical textiles and nonwovens. Turkish companies, which became important semi product and finished product exporters in the whole world, already took part at HIGHTEX 2012.

Nonwovens, fiber processing methods latest technologies, line systems and weaving machines dedicated for the complex production of technical textiles, supplementary equipments, technology, raw materials and end products will be displayed at HIGHTEX 2012 Exhibition. Turkey’s developing market: Technical textiles In Turkey, being one of the most important centers of world textile industry, technical textiles market started to develop in the recent years thanks to the development of high value added products. The producer companies, which started their activities with simple products in 1970s, now export tones of technical textile raw material or end products to the world. Especially Meltblown, Spunbond, Spunlace, Thermobond, Waterlaid technologies are preferred in Turkey. Technical textile produindustries, is booked by 70%. Hall 12, where Weaving and Knitting technologies and side industries will be displayed, is also fully booked. Hall 10 is booked by 75% and due to participation requests still being received; Hall 5 is also reserved for Weaving and Knitting Technologies. HIGHTEX 2012 Istanbul Technical Textiles and Nonwoven Exhibition organized simoultaneously with ITM Texpo Eurasia 2012 Exhibition is held in Hall 8 and 9. An important part of the halls reserved for HIGHTEX 2012 is booked by mainly product manufacturing companies dealing with technical textiles and nonwovens.

Since the producer companies operating in Turkish market have just discovered technical textiles market, they define themselves as a part of the sector they serve. Being pleased with the global demands for their products, the producers continuously make technological investments in order to renew their technologies and increase their capacities.

Also new countries start to operate in the sector. Aiming to start smart textile production as well, Turkish producers receive attention with the R&D and P&D investments they have increased recently. Especially, most of the end product manufacturing companies receive intense interest from the whole world for their products marketed with their own brands. On the other hand, several companies both have production for world widely known companies or supply semi-products to them.

Within the scope of these developments, many international companies started to move their production plants to Turkey or started to establish partnerships with Turkish companies. There are hundreds of Turkish companies operation in the field of technical textiles and nonwoven production in Turkey.
